Starting September 8th, Isis and Texas GiGi will be playig at our "waterin' hole" on Friday and Saturday nights.

Ah, I can bet you two are gonna run one hell of a fun show... wish I lived closer.
Congrats to ya, have fun with it, I bet it's the start of something awesome for ya both. (and yah, keep Chuckles and Rich on an "invite only" basis, good idear, they probably wont be able to handle all the cute flirty guys you'll deal with) :whistle:

Chuck, when you say "they'll be playing", do you mean musical instruments and singing or a karaoke KJ gig? Either way, congratulations!

Yeah, I wondered that too. I assumed he meant KJ'ing... but he did say "playing".

Very good point. Playing was probably a poor choice of words. They will be hosting karaoke, KJs.

Soooooo... Our gig was supposed to start this Saturday. The regular Kj had a family emergency so the owner called us on Sunday to see if we would fill in . So we are both a gluton for punishment so we did. Then we talk to him on Monday he asks if we can fill in again as he cannot get a hold of the regular weekday guy.. So us being the really nice and as I said gluton for punishment types that we are we said yes.
So we are leaving this evening from doing the gig 2 times this week. And we find out the regular guy isn't going to be in all week.. so it looks like we will be doing the show, at least, through Sat night...
It has been fun, we bought all these crazy props and we did the Tequila song and dance tonight. I have a feeling these people think we are totally nuts.. They funny thing is, once they really get to know us the nuts part will be confirmed. But we are having fun, I guess that counts for a lot.

From what I hear, Sharon (Isis) may have pics soon and GiGi is working on the website.
