It takes a beer 1/2 to charge the little one  Maybe 3 for the big one Both only fly about 6 minutes.

The reflex I will take outside and fly like a pro..  Im still trying to justify about 2/3 of s gig in toys  LMAO

Just enjoy the toys, and don't brow beat yourself.   You can't put a price on fun it's a positive thing.  BTW.... Should I get N gauge, or Z gauge electric trains ?

(Don't be a masochist.  You had up til now to grow up and it's too late at this point. It's also not your fault that you were born, so try to enjoy at least some of the ride downhill)

Oh yeah..  I'm leaning heavily toward the N gauge.. The Z get's costly and you need a magnifying glass to see it, but I love the size aspect for a condo

Ollie,  they have copters that are a very quick charge for longer flight don't they ? Around 10 minutes top charge time ?   20 minutes is pretty good...  I suppose it's good to have several of them... To make a 20 minute trip after a 4 hour charge for 4 minutes of flight time sucks.. So a copter as large as mean that requires at least about 200 feet of flying radius isn't practical... You are correct about the smaller copter for even outdoor use since it requires little area just calm conditions.

Yea Id like to go down to the park but there would only be 12 minutes of flight The little one charges off the control and I have rechargable AA batts in it. The refex takes a wall type charger. I do have the cig lighter plug to 110 for the laptop I could charge either one but most of the time would be in charging..

Dont know about the charge time for others..

This was an advantage the gasoline models had.  The model fixed wing club is flying about 6 blocks away as we speak.  Quite a range on those planes.  They fly in a field that's likely over a mile long by 3/4 wide

Still playing with the havoc. It has scratches on the top of the blades from the acoustic on the celing. The reflex is a little too big for this little apt. Need to take it outside. Will go over to the farm but they have a min dachsund i know will want to chase it and if he got ahold of it would be gone..
