yeah, I know, I pop in here from time to time-- hope that's not a problem.
My 2 cents and probably repeated above as well.
- Crowd and song mix (that being sung). I like a mix of music, at a show. If its all country, I'm out of there. But some is fine. Also, a good crop of decent singers and not too many. Also, being able to mix it up with the regulars. There's one place I go to where I see regulars and have done duets (that aren't really duets).
- Music selection - Nothing worse than going to a show that doesn't have my favs or a decent selection to try new things (mostly rock - old and new).
- Good KJ and sound system - Somebody who knows their craft, runs a fair rotation, doesn't play filler music, knows how to "tune" the sound to singers.
- Ability to play custom disks (not a biggie, but it is nice to have the opportunity to play mine if they don't have what I want)
