Yes, Ollie, love can heal just 'bout anything.... but it can also hurt ya, tear ya in pieces, and make you bang your head against a wall.... if it's not equal on both sides;)
(but, that being said, I love ya my friend) G'morning.

Love sucks. What ever happened to real passion and intense sensation that's generated from animalistic wanton lust.
What ever happened to the days of values when a kid could come home from school, open his parents bedroom door, and find his mom in bed with her friends husband and the milkman ! I miss the 60's values !
Woof

You guys missed the point. This had absolutely nothing to do with immigration. Grrr @ you. Jeremy Hernandez while he is Mexican, he is an American too, born here. However, his nationality had nothing to do with this post. Had it been a white man, or an Asian woman I still would have put it up.
Anyway the point. We were arguing and in some places the debate got heated. I put this up as a heart warming story. For something we all can agree on, which was that Jeremy did an amazing thing. It was suppose to stop the immigration debate by bringing you all together so that WE all could see that immigration while still important... isn't as important as other things in life.
This guy was scared to death, saying," I just didn't wanna die". Yet he stayed on that bus until all 50+ kids were off. I just thought this man was the definition of bravery, meaning being scared but doing something anyway. And I thought how silly is it to talk about immigration so passionately when there are people like Jeremy Hernandez who deserve our attention moreso.

I see you meant good by posting it Magz. And it was, a very heartwarming story. If only there were more selfless people like that in the world.
I recall once, my Firebird broke down and I was atleast 4 or 5 blocks from a payphone (my pre-cellphone days). It was raining, I had just picked up my 2 youngest kids from daycare, and was in heels and a skirt. My car DIED in a busy construction zone. All I got was a bunch of horn honking to move my car. I pushed it off side of the road BY MYSELF... and then started walking with my 2 kids to a freakin' gas station. Fortunately, one of the construction guys ran over with a cellphone and let me use it before I had walked too far. (did I mention I was in heels and a skirt?) And still yet, busy people on their way home from work, irritated at being in construction trafic... not ONE person even got out in the rain to help me push my car. I mean, a 20 something year old woman, walking alone in the dark with two kids under the age of 7.
Talk about wanting to go postal on some folks.
But, my point being, you don't find many people who will lend aid for the sake of being helpful only. (not, when for goodness sake, they may get home later than they wanted to, or get rained on)
This guy should be applauded by EVERY parent who had a child on that bus.
