Hi Babs,
Try laying on your left side,keep your left leg straight,
and bend right knee only for a few minutes.
Then turn to the right,keep right leg straight, bend left knee only.
You might have to lean in a little.
It allows the rays to get into that area.
You'll don't have to do it every time.
But you do have to do it every once in a while
or you'll get the white lines.
Make sure you point your chin upward
or you might get that white line under your chin.
You also have to lift your arms every once in a while
or your arm pit's will be white.
