I know they mean something but I sure as heck don't know what it is....

My Stars are going down and records are going up( is this s good thing?) Everyone has different combinations) ...and HEY...when did I become a "Major poster" I only did 4...thats not major!

Also can't figure out how these points work. Anyone care to enlighten me? How are they awarded?

Help a newbie out will ya?

The points are given for each post.  You also get points donated by other members. You can spend your points in the forum shop (located in the black area on the left).. Not sure how you got 2 stars since you just joined.. But then against says that you have been a member since 2005.  The more you post the more CD's you get and the number of CD directly correlates to what type of poster you are.. Since you have 3 CD's you are classified as a major poster.  

I hope this helps.. You can also enter the lottery to earn (win) points. I give my points away to new members as a welcome. I haven't been real good at doing that lately.    You can deposit your points in the point bank to earn points also.

How the *^&# can a person who's only been here for two years have almost 10K posts ?    Don't people have lives around this place ?  I can't believe there are people in here that have the time to average 16-17 posts per day.  What a horribly scary thought

There actually is a poster here that when he gets a new star it is his birthday, new years eve, chrismas and the 4th of July all rolled into one. He starts the countdown 7 1/2 days prior to the big date and syncs all his chronometers. He does not sleep for 2 days  LMAO

Oh Yeah,  I heard something regarding this wierdo pertaining to that first week of January (when this so-called milestone stellar event takes place) having people in other parts of the world wait up to see when his star will appear <go figure>.  He really needs to have somebody there recording the exact minute his star appears ?  What a quirky F up !!!!

 This *guy* has to take tranqs because he can't sleep too (as I vaguely recall hearing people stating).  I suppose you've pretty much affirmed my concern.  There are in fact sickos on the internet that are quite pathetic !

and LON.....uh...I AM here!(grin)No need to talk in third person.  To clear the air...I got on here 2 years ago just to ask a simple question about what the winners in Karaokefest had actually won. I didn't realise that there was so much more on here to be involved in.

When I got ticked at all the "real"ity shows using "karaoke" as a synonym for "BAD" I was indignant that they would make a blanket statement like that when almost ALL their contestants WERE karaoke singers as well as MANY professionals(former and presentday) I ran a search to find some sights to get involved in. LO and behold what popped up???...and I was ALREADY a member.  But this time I was on a mission so here I am in all my "active "glory  :whistle:

I wanna get a kewl dancing thingee like my Idol(sigh) Morgan/Vikki( she has a little girl in front of a pentagram wearing the striped hose like the witch wore in "the wizard of oz!" Tooooooooo Qute~! (She also has a witch on a broomstck beside it! but we all know she's NOT a witch unless it's a good one!)

Every post you make you get 2 points if i'm not mistaken.  Points are good for the forum shop (located in the black member area to the left).  You can get privledges like avitars, signatures, little slogans under you screen name, etc.
The point bank, not really sure, but I think you can deposit your points & they will gain interest & you can deposit/withdraw as needed????
Those little kewl dancing thingees like Morgans are actually not from here, they are meez.com characters that you create then they embed them in their signature line they create in their profile & purchase the right to display from the forum shop.

OMG Im laughing so hard Im crying.. Page 2 Then when they get get old their woman leaves them. next thing they know they are in some old fogies home wondering wat happened. They cant afford a phone so they bootleg off a college kids wifi to get on the net. When the connection is good they download porn movies like crazy. When it is bad they try to post on KS even though every now and then they have to give their wifi cpr.

I'm not as technical as you are,  If I don't run into probs dl'ing should I assume the kid has wifi ?  People just don't think.  They could circumvent the woman leaving by sticking to just a loyal friend like porn.

Hey Jerry.  If you read the above line does it say "With the exception of JDMeister", or does it say "Kappy" for all to read ? am I actually special ?  I can't sign out and read this anonymously to see if Phill is using the BBcode feature that inserts the readers name or not .  This is pretty tricky !   I don't think there's a means of the reader knowing if this is BBcoded when you must be signed in to read a message.  LMAO

OK, you got me !  HAHA..  Assuming this was the BBcode inserting the readers name it would say Steven Kaplan and not Kappy !    I should've known this but it took me 15 minutes to realize it  LMAO  LMAO
