I really got a kick out of her videos. I even emailed them to a couple of friends. I think personally it is more of a personality disorder with some individuals always being negative. I think you can retrain your thinking to be more positive which in turn can make you happier. Thank you for sharing.  :hug:

She does seem at times to be ingenuinely happy. She pretty much states the obviouse, but a lot of people need to hear the obvious.
