you can tell which ones, as the song factory discs are sold by , guess it... "Song Factory".

Check kjpro.com/browse, and you'll see what I mean!

Song Factory had their own line of discs (#s 1001 - 1039).  HOWEVER, the last three discs in the DK Premier series (DK1113 - DK1115) were made by Song Factory, not Daiichi Kosho (DK).

Although Song Factory recorded their songs in the original key and without the pan flute guide, the quality is considerably lower than that of the original DK CDGs.

Dennisgb - the DK 800 series was a gospel line.  If I'm not mistaken there were at least three discs in this series.

I have the DK Millenium set and think it is generally pretty good.  Some of the graphics are pretty goofy but fun.  The "flute track" can be a distraction at times, but in all, I'm pretty pleased with them.

Yes they do but they have taken the old DK lines they bought & are packaging them as Song Factory - so there really is no way to tell by looking at the package.

Song Factory repackaged the old DK Millenium set (1100/2000/3000 series discs) and sold them as "Song Factory".  These discs are obviously productions of DK (with the exception of the last three 1100 series discs).  Although they have "Song Factory" on the labels, the 4 digit numbers are the same as the corresponding discs sold as "DK".

The discs that are TRUE Song Factory productions are the 1000 series discs and the last 3 DK Premier discs (DK1113 - DK1115).
