or is there some "act of nature" clause that doesn't allow you reimbursement if it's not Santa clause, or chainsaws causing the damage ?

Luly's Meez has hip dysplasia that has likely caused scoliosis ! Needs lifts in her shoes LOL

When you add up the damage it's not worth paying that ? How about two years back during the hurricane ?

Well, during Katrina we had to stay at a hotel for 2 weeks. Between lodging expenses, food consumed and thrown out due to no electricity, and the damage sustained to the house, it was worth it to have insurance. The deductible has just really gone "through the roof". Pun intended. _________________

I can imagine. That zone likely is high risk today. Even though that was a strange front that brought the storms up that way.
