As usual, when I need GREAT advice, or I'm in a "need to know" mode, I come here :worship: . So my question is, what's the general consensus on STAR QUEST KARAOKE cd+g's.    or  .   :hi5:   :dontknow:  or  :grumble: .

If you're looking to fill a gap in your library and if they are priced correct - I would suggest you buy 1 disc and see for yourself.  They are another middle of the road type sounding.  Not horrible but not the best either ...   I know I'm no help  :drunk:  :drunk:  :drunk:

Yeah, I have three Star Quest discs. I would consider them in the league with Legends, RadioStars, Monster Disc, All Hits, Big Hitz. Better than average, but not as good as Charbuster, Soundchoice, Pop Hits, Top Hits, DK, etc..

I wouldn't pay more than $10-12 for one with new music or $5-6 for an older one.

Gotta Disagree one one of them.  I think that Radio Starz does a pretty good job, better than the rest of that group.  As for Star Quest, I own exactly one disc (Billy Joel). I don't plan on buying another. I think they are BELOW the quality of those listed above...

I got discs 1 and 8... both Frank Sinatra ones. They're the equivalent of the Backstage and Legends stuff... okay if you already have the tracks, but nothing to be excited about. Why I bought them... they were on sale, and had a couple tracks nobody else had!

For Sinatra title coverage SGB 33 and SGB 61  are great, they are at LEAST as good as Star Quest or Backstage
