Well karaoke here in greeley is picking up a bit Got saturdays for $150.. Its a small clean little bar but the crowd is good with several good singers. We ran over 20 in rotation for 4 hrs. I was sure rusty and tired but Im going to let somebody else host it..
I hadnt had my computer on for so long it was doing some funny things so we used the laptop.. Nice to have backup... Had the jitters for the first time in a long time new venue new crowd and sure whar the system would do On the dfx-12 the right main fader was flaky I sprayed it with tv tuner cleaner and made it thru the nite.. I think I can get a generic fader and replace it.. WHEW!!! Im tired...

Congrats on the new gig ! I know what ya mean about the jitters we get 'em every week wondering if were gonna have a good night as far as people go that is. Its a place where we gotta do lots of word of mouth & flyer advertising its been ok so far though picking up a bit & they just added us a second night so now were nervous about bringing people in on that night but were tryin'. This place is on a side of town some might call rougher but its slowly comin around. Everyone Ive met there has been kool, no nasty drunks or anything. Just people ready to have fun.
