Hey, I just thought of a couple that might really suit you.

Lori Morgan.... look up some stuff of hers. (something in red... except for monday)

And maybe KT Oslin too.

:D

I've never heard that one. But it does sound like a, uh, "interesting" subject. Maybe I'll look it up.

I always, always, always dated older guys..... then I ended up marrying the FIRST guy I ever dated who was younger than me:)

Wow, Charmin is off topic big time. Had to go back in to work today, and it really messed with my mind... I'll shush now:)

hah I was like you, always dated older. when I was 18 I dated a 36 year old, but when I turned 36 I had this amazing brief fling with an 18 year old. He knew more than I did :)
Ended up marrying a guy 5 years younger

apparently i should be on here more often.  i agree with the general consensus here that you would sound good doing most anything, but here are a few songs that get requested at weddings all the time down here....
But I Do Love You - Leann Rymes
My Baby Loves Me Just the Way That I  Am - Martina McBride
When I Said I Do - Clint Black/Lisa Hartman Black Duet
Let's Make Love - Tim McGraw/Faith Hill Duet
I Believe in Love - Don Williams (gener bender, but I bet you could pull it off easy!)
Always and Forever - Luther Vandross (see above comment!)
and lots more, quite a bit of it local country.  hope all goes well for you!

hugs my friend, where the heck ya been? Looking at the artists, most would be far too high for me, I have a very limited range. But I shall look them out just in case. Thank you

just been really busy.  as far as the artists, Martina can get up there, but this song should be fine for your range.  Ditto for Leann Rymes....besides, who says you can't drop any high note an octave or to a "harmony" note that you can reach.  many times you can use what would be considered singing harmony to your advantage if you can't hit the note and it will sound terrific!  sometimes even better than the note you were suppose to sing.  try it sometime.  anyway, once spring and summer are over i should have much more time to play here!  take care everyone and i'll check in from time to time, i just may not say anything.
