I did hear someone (well, read it, whatever...) that she works a tax office this time of year. That is bound to be keeping her busy.

Hope all is well with her though, this place wouldn't be the same without her, huh?

I'm more worried (since she works for the I.R.S.)  that a Mason associated with the Luminatii abducted her, and is either holding her in the Bilderberg Hotel, or NASA has her imprisoned at Area 51 with Elvis, Some of those Martians she believed were actually Cats, and other things that dropped down from UFO's  


Or, what if she took another cruise around the Bermuda Triangle ???   and was swallowed by a Blue Hole that goes to China ??  and they made her into fortune cookies  :(  


OR:   What if she let a Dancing Baby into her home !!!!!!!!!!    :shock:

I didn't know she was a reveneuer. I'm glad I never mentioned the still I designed and built in the family tradition. I use corn mash but add some blue agave(somewhere in the process). It's a TexMex whiskey/tequila blend. I call it Oye, como tu? Meanning Hey how are you? That's the first question you ask someone after they sample it. If the kick doesn't get 'rm the flavor will.

Yep FLipper.   She was a very active participant here as well.  Doesn't seem to fit that she'd just stop posting and disappear if there wasn't something else going on.  I just hope whatever it is is positive, and not negative.  


Bab's,  If you are reading this anonymously for whatever reason please drop a few of us that are concerned an Email or PM...  I won't share it,  promise..  Just concerned that something happened.  As I would be if any reg that posted with such frequency disappeared after being here just about everyday for over a year.

I don't know Flipper,  but I'm not feeling overly confident that she's not here because things in real are great,  I think Bab's would share that with us, and not just suddenly disappear..  Something happened,  I just wish I knew what..  She was a very positive addition to this site IMHO...  I enjoyed chatting with her,  she had a huge heart, and was a lot of fun..  Even assuming she lost her gig, I'd think she'd share that with us too.. She wasn't one NOT to talk because she had concerns...


Either way,  I miss her presence in KS, don't suspect she's even reading any of this (but why I feel that way, I haven't a clue), just a feeling I get.. I know she trusted me, and several others,  if she was reading this, and she knew we were concerned she'd respond...I believe she'd share a problem assuming she was reading this.  God only knows what's up...  but in most cases if there were problems, she shared them with those of us she trusted...Is her profile still around here ?  Lemme check, it was last month..

Maybe she was REALLY serious about not having time to check in here?  Between tax prep work and KJ work, she could just be all tired out.  Maybe she's thinking if she got online here right now, she'd start spending too much time online.  You know how addicting it can be!  Don't know for sure, just trying to put a positive spin on it all.

Also remember, she can't view this thread and The Lounge (Off Topic) unless she does login.  She may not even realize we're concerned about her absence!

Last year this was also her busy period, but between 1-9-06 to the end of February 2006 she still averaged 3-4 posts EVERY day with few exceptions.  What some of us wonder is why NOTHING in Karaoke Scene. Sparseness would certainly be understood.  It's contrast of her posting activity that got me wondering.   An example is that I've been extraordinarily busy lately, barely a moment to breath, but I still pop in time-to-time to antagonize you folks  LOL


Heck, a few months back between being busy, and trying to "get lucky", some in here were starting to plan my funeral..  KS administration called my parents and requested that they send a note to the California Karaoke Scene HQ's to provide evidence that I wasn't just playing "Hooky"...


Fortuneately My mom sent KS a note that got me off the hook...
