That happend to me too!!! I was all confused that last day on what the heck I was doing.. It is suprizingly easier with this stuff.. I am so suprized.. My craving are almost completely gone.. No more withdrawls at all.. Not that I really had any but they are gone now....
I am so proud of how far you have already come.. I know you can do this....If I can, then you shouldn't have any problem at all cause I am a huge BABY!!!!

Thanks guys.
I have proven myself to be a very whiny baby when it comes to my comfort zone things like cigarettes. So far Gayle has been very supportive and has not had to put up with any BS from me. Today will show me what the worst could be.

This is the day I don't light-up again. Today is going much better than I expected. I am enjoying the little snacks I have on hand very much. I'm not eating as much of the candy as I expected and the tea biscuits are getting more attention.
This stuff works wonders. I have tried to quit a few times so that makes me more determined this time around. There is a support system that comes with this quit smoking plan. It helps a great deal because I feel a lot less like I am isolated in my plan.
I have some more people to recommend this to. If you really want to quit but have been unable to do it by yourself, this stuff makes a huge difference.

It does make a HUGE difference.. I so aggree with you Chuck... I have been amazed... Don't know what the difference is....Is it the drug or is it me?? Who knows?? But I can tell you I am on day 11 without smoking and I am feeling great!!!
I have been staying away from all my areas that I am supposed to. And following the online program...That is a great support.
I have not been around anyone who smokes in 11 days... So today when this guy made a delivery (he smokes) I was totally freaked out.. I had no idea how bad I have smelled my entire life.. It was so gross, I thought I was going to toss my cookies....
To all my no smoking friends.. I am sorry for smelling so bad all those years.. Now when you see me you won't smell me coming, unless of coarse you smell my perfume... Which by the way is a very nice smell.. I know...cause now I can smell it....
Thank you everyone here for all the support.. This has truly been a great hearing your words of encouragement every day...

Same here. You guys add a facet to the support that I never knew would help until this time. It helps a great deal.
I can't wait to make some more of my cologne. That stuff rocks.

! Jeff doesn't smoke. Well, except for the occasional party cigar. One night he almost had me convinced to try one until he mentioned the time he had smoked one while partying and the next morning he woke up and thought the taste in his mouth reminded him of a cat box. That didn't really intrigue me. So I opted out, and have continued to since then. :puke:

Day 14 of no smoking for Rich and I and we are jonesing to sing, but we made this commitment not to go to a bar until we are really comfortable without smoking....ANd then we thought we could have Meep over and sing at home but my son has had the flu this week and so I am sure the virus is still in the house...So we don't want to do that...Perhaps we should just sing acapella to each other....NOT!!!!
Has anyone seen CHUCK2???

No as a matter of fact. But one of the necessities to modify behaviourally when quitting ciggies is to omit all possible unnecessary outside stress factors.. Which might mean he's gone from here for awhile . If I was withdrawing from something tough like Ciggies, I'd probably end up getting banished from here just for being abusive while yacking alone in the chatroom. There's an acute period where it doesn't take much to set a person off.. In my case, the sound of snow hitting the ground outside would send me hitting the ceiling during such tough times..
What I'm saying in a londwinded manner, is the first few weeks I went cold turkey, or modified anything I was addicted to would not be times I could function in chatrooms such as this, my perspective is WAY off, and my head is positioned in a much stranger way than its normal equilibrium state of weird.

True Kappy.
Sadly. my biggest trigger so far is coffee. I can cut down on coffee but qutting is out of the question right now.
I have been into our karaoke club a few nights this week, just long enough to swap out disks. I hat the way I smell when I leave there. They have their SM58s that I promised them.
Hey Sharon. We miss you guys. if ya'll wanna come here to sing in a smoke-free environment I can setup the equipment. Danny is welcome too and if he comes over we can use his stuff. I want to play with his webpage kiosk setup some more.
I already gained a lot of power in my upper voice and got back a few notes on the top end. Scorpions are getting easier to sing.
About my cologne recipe. I decided to sell it in a concentrated form for more money per ounce. Just a few drops and I smell great for hours. It helps me keep from wanting to smoke.
