hahahah Sharon  :hug: I think by now I have replied to all of you...if I havent I apologise. Finally the verify email thing has gone...after bout 7 attempts it finally said I was verified and once i had signed out then back in it seemed to work better

*sigh* I have to admit...tho it grieves me to do so....I must have been male in a previous life cos I do not multitask well

I have a myspace, but so far I really don't use it. Not sure what all I'd get out of it. I already have two websites, and belong to 3 primary forums, and many secondary ones. A person only has so much "time" on their hands to participate, and that is in addition to all other hobbies and activities, and I have a ton.

This might actually make a decent thread on it's own. Don't I really need to jazz up the myspace page with background and personal info, etc to make it worthwhile. What can I get out of one? Do the rest of you enjoy and use yours? Maybe I should put more into mine.

You don't need to jazz it up if you don't want to. It's your page to do whatever you want. If you already have two sites, it's is a great place to put up your links and let people know about them... kind of like having a sign on a busy freeway. There are a lot of great things about myspace including the use of bulletins and blogs.

I didn't think I'd ever have any use for an account there, but it has really come in handy lately. So many people have a page now, it's sort of like a docking station in cyber space where everyone comes together.

You could video some of your storm chasing and put it on your MySpace... that would be kind of cool actually:)

Pretty good ideas ladies. I appreciate it, and will consider messing more with the Myspace page - assuming I ever figure out if I have enough time to. I do have some videos up already - although not a lot.
