your suggestion above is almost what was proposed to Admin. Don is our current link with Admin and on this issue.
As far as I know, some of what I mention above was already talked about in the other thread. Some of it is completely new ideas though. Like the conflict of interest one where subbers can't be reviewers. Create a separate membership group for reviewing, and allow them to have stats and profiles so that people know the characteristics of those that review them. I have other ideas not mentioned too listed. I realize I was on the backend of that conversation. Before I go into it I think people already had talked for 15 pages or so. Hard to catch up on something like that. Opinions were already formed.
