On a more serious note...how does one fulfill the criteria? For instance there are some who always sub under C no probs there
But what is the criteria that qualifies someone to provide a critique?

Good question..lol....I would probably be interested in being critiqued in such a format, but as for critiquing others... ....I think i'd rather pierce my own nipples..:)

lol hehe nathan, this is me here. i got some excellent critiquing from you if you remember dear. did i get lippy with you at all hun? i think you would be able to do it no problem lol .

    Angie.

Heya Angie.... ....Of course I wasn't referring to you, you were a great sport through the whole thing, it was mainly in the auditions that I got some hate-mail, one entrant even went so far as to threaten my life, and that's no BS.....lol...of course people have a little more courage online, but yea, once was enough for me..:)

Most musicians that lived in dives, womanized, and spent MOST of their awake time in bars during a good part of the 70's and 80's aren't unfamiliar with death threats. During the sex, drug & R&R times everbody seemed to at one point threaten to kill their friends, spouses, etc..  Seemed to be some perverse form of bonding  LMAO.

Ego's in a competitive setting threaten ALL the time.  Lot's of high-strung mouthy folks.  This should be no surprise.  Musicians take pride in what  they do.... Competitive ego is no less fierce in performing arts than in sport settings.  ALOT of self goes into competiting to win.  Few are taught how to deal with failure though in our culture.
