No,  I started slacking two weeks ago,  and the thing is, I REALLY feel it..  I"ve been wired, more anxious, less happy..  It's amazing just how much of a dif it really does make !  Being inside during the winter isn't a good thing for some of us !  Brisk walking for about 30 minutes truly does kick in endorphans.  and I sleep better... <hehe, might even not be up now if I was doing healthy stuff>

Yes,   30 lbs,  and went from a size 38 waiste to a 33... That was when the weather was warmer to tho.

Yep,  What I was doing was three increments of 3+ miles a day,  I'd be out for hours walking.  SInce I'm extremely hyper,  it was even easier for me to think while moving, think on my feet.. sitting still I feel as though I'm going to bust out've my skin

Wow That's awesome! I wish we lived closer I'd love a walking buddy. I guess we'll have to settle for exercising out typing fingers.  LMAO I pu t weight on over the summer. I would love to drop 20lbs. I hate feeling frumpy.

Well,  Weight get's to be a prob as our metabolism slows down with age.  SOme are lucky,  however computers and fridges close together aren't a good thing..


When I quit smoking it got really really tough to keep weight down after I turned 24 for some reason, prior to that I could eat anything I wished to eat, and couldn't gain assuming I wanted to.

I read a study on metabolism that basically said the only reason it slows when we get older is life style. We exercise less and eat more. I would like to believe that's true. I gain weight i know because i love to eat and being a size 5 isn't that important any more.

Well,  Isn't our growth and body alot more active around teen years, and early 20's ?  THings slow down anyway,  we stop growing despite life-style  right ?  At around 35, how many are what they were at 20 ?    Our growth cycle is like a parabolic curve... We develope and stay strong until 20's maybe 30's..  Than we start to well,.... (no comment)
