Dammit Charmin you had to bruddy kiss me for New year didncha. Now I am up in the middle of the nite raiding my cupboards looking for cold n flu remedies that my freakin husband has totally cleaned out and never bothered to tell me they needed replacing.
I am currently sipping a really foul smelling tasting witches brew mixed with a little juice and about to make a honey and lemon drink and I am soooooooo going to have to hope that the supermarket has some vit c tabs when I get there tomorrow

Actually, there was a nurse in the hospital that took care of me for two days, and she could have been your sister, Milo! Seriously! I really thought her hair and eyes were the same as an older pic I'd seen of you!

Airborne is just Echinacea with some citrus.  Might as well be taking Echinacea and ascorbic acid (vitamin C), reason people feel a little better is that both have mild antihistamine properties. Scientifically Airborne does less than the Vitamin C and Echanacea combo in higher pill dosage. Only things you can do is lower the Ph with aspirin, loads of orange juice, vitamin C, and the cold virus isn't too happy, (hopefully your stomach can stand acid) colds like an alkaline environment.

It's a nasty bug year.  As long as people need to be in public places they're screwed.  Exchanges of money, bar environments where everyone is close, hand-shaking.. As soon as I get over one bug this year, I seem to end up with a new one.
