Hello all.  Been out of touch a little while (Chuck FYI there have been over 5000 posts since I was last on).  My wife had surgery the week before Thanksgiving, my stepdaughter had a C section the week after Thanksgiving (beautiful little baby boy  :oh yeah: ) and my dad had open heart surgery a week later.  Everything was stressful but going fine until my dad had complications in the operating room (seems like the quintuple bypass wasn't the only thing he needed his heart worked on for) and was touch and go for over a week.

Needless to say I haven't posted here or any songs that I promised.  I tried to post Ghost Riders in the Sky today but the file was too large so I bit the bullet and have requested an upgrade.

I hope everyone here had a great Thanksgiving a very merry Christmas and I wish everyone a Happy New Year.  My wife put it best when she said that 2007 has GOT to be better than 2006!

I'm in total agreement with your wife on the 2007 has got to be better than 2006 comment.

I lost my father in April, my Mother in October, and a very close friend of 15 years in Mid December. What a year!

My wife and I can't wait for New Years to get here it's been a tough year here as well  We've got a special magnum of champagne chilled to toast in the new year.

Wow, talk about rough Holidays. At least you got a nice bright spot among it all. Prayers have been said. I hope your Dad and wife are feeling better soon. And here's hoping we all have a better 2007!

I was gone for a while, too... stuck in the hospital for ten days. A couple of folks here are members of "myspace" and they saw some mentionings on my page that my cousin was worried about me... I finally posted what happened recently.

But yeah, I wasn't mentioned either. Course I'll go whole sections of days and not post anything, as I have nothing to say, so I really didn't think I'd be that missed!

I'm just grateful that I'm out of the hospital!

knightshow, I just figured since there hasn't been alot of tech talk, that that was why we didn't hear from you. I hope you're feeling better soon too!

Dayum, glad I wasn't there for the holidays, the doctors probably would have wanted to cut on me as well.
But all kidding aside, glad to know that everyone's doing okay. You really didn't miss too much here at the boards, alot of BS and a little drama....
