Hello,
I am trying to find a program that will just take the song name and title and copy it to any text program to create a song book. I got song list generator, but this program is finicky and does not copy all songs and creates errors. Can anyone recommend a program for me please? Thank you a ton!

Depends on what your using to generate your song names.  If you've ripped all your CD+G's into MP3+G's, I like to use Sax & Dotty's to create an access database of the song info.  From there you can export to CSV and import into Excel or OpenOffice, and be done with it.  I usually add new CD+G's to the original spreadsheet as I buy them.

I believe Sax & Dotty's has a 14 day trial you can use to generate your book, but you may find out that its a good program for the price, and use it for shows.

If your setup is different, just let me know- I'm sure we can come up with something easy to do.

This is something I am trying right now. Thank you for the advice. I really like the way song list generator worked, except it did not get the rest of my songs. It was something like 300 songs that the program would not create. =(.

Besides Buckley's idea, you may want to give this a try....

I use it when I want to just do a simle print of the files in a directory.
If you wanted to format it a bit better, you could import the text file created int Excell/Access, and manupliate it there.
