I even consider a free domain hosting services because
I don't have a lot of money to spend. So if anyone knows about a reliable and free web hosting please respond.

I use yahoo geocities.  It is easy to use and free.  I also use myspace to hold my pictures... click on my www button for a look as to how I've used it.
