I am curious if it is possible to to show lyrics on one screen, hoster on another, and then on a projector, winamp visualizations (the ones that come with it, that move to the music). If so, what would someone need for this type of setup. I have a video card HIS Radeon 9800 pro with s video, dvi, and monitor out. Thank you.

it is.
you need a normal dual video card (or better), and a projector that has rca or svideo type connections, or a connection that is computer based, and you'd have to run an adaptor!
Many IT presentations are made this way.

So I could have the hoster on one screen, the lyrics playing on another and running a visualization on the projector all at the same time!

Yes, but you will need a computer with the capabilities of 3 SEPERATE video outputs, that are compatiable with the devices you need to send the seprate "feeds" to.
Easiest with a desktop/rackmount computer. Just put 3 video cards in it. Or one DUAL vidoe card, and one additional video card.

As stated, you will need 3 separate video output, which can only be done with two or more video card. However, you will need some serious horse power and memory to do that without any slow down.
My suggestion is to make sure you get at leat 2GB of memory and high power processor and load it with only bare minimum software you need. Once you get it all loaded, check your memory usage and you have some head room, if not, add more memory.

ok so on the card, I can hook up 2 monitors and run extended desktop. Then run an s video to a tv. This will not get me 3 video feeds?
It is not imperative, but would like to atleast show the words on both the projector and tv and have the hoster screen separate. The visuals really are not needed.

If you have two connector plus S-Video on a card, it will let you choose 2 out of 3 connections. That's it. Whether you do extended desktop or not, you can only run 2 outputs from those cards. You will need to get a second card for sure if you want 3 things running at once.

Ah I see! Thank you all for your help on this. I will just have to run 2 feeds only. No biggie.

Ok on my video card I have 2 outputs for 1 or 2 monitors and then an s video output. What I want to do is run a monitor for the hosting program, and then display lyrics on 2 different tvs. So what are my options? Thank you very much!

If that's what you want to do, you can use either the vga connector to the monitor for the hosting program and use the S-Video to a splitter and use the two connectors to two different TVs. They will display the exact same image on both screens. It's pretty simple.
