hello am tring to hook voco pro da3600 amp to sound card but only get a hissing sound is built in sound card thks for any help

What are you trying to do by hooking the amp up to the computer? Are you hooking the computer up to the amp or the amp up to the computer? Which inputs/outputs are you using on the amp??
Hook me up with a bit more info and we can probably get to the bottom of this...

hello im tring to hook the amp to the computer on the back of the amp im hookig to wheer it says cdg and on the back of computer the green spot on sound card speaker input i believe thks

hello again guess what i fixed it it was a bad darn rca cord put on a new one plays fine had me goin crazy thks for the fast reply

If you are trying to hook the amp to the computer, you shouldn't be doing it through the CDG in on the amp. In the configuration you described above, you are hooking the computer to the amp.
This must be what you intended to do, however, since you got it working....

hello had to do it thru cdg or dvd thats what i was told earler in forum the rest is all outs mic line why not the cdg was curious thks

You are just not speaking the same language here.....if you are hooking a cable from the soundcard OUT to the CDG IN of your amp, then you are hooking the sound card up to the amp, not the amp up to the sound card like you keep saying.
Data is flowing FROM the soundcard TO the amp, not the other way around.
That is what had me confused. It is A-OK to amplify your computer's sound, which is what you are doing. I couldn't think of a legit reason to run an amp INTO a computer.
