I just looked on the KJPro database which was updated Oct.6th and it doesn't show that particular song as being available. Sorry. Maybe someone else will have some better news for you.

Can't find that particular name so can't help you there. It is also illegal to 'trade' unless you are trading the original discs & not just copies.

This subject has been debated to death here so I won't start another one. If you buy your music off the net, it may be legal. However, if you trade it with someone else, and you do not remove it from your system, it's considered illegal. If you don't see any problem with it, you take your chances.
For a personal use and you don't announce it in public forum like this that you are trading music, you can probably get away with it. If you use it in a business, like hosting Karaoke, be prepared to pay the consequences. I would not recommend it. I have heard of RIAA going after serious online peer to peer traders with fines of $10,000 or more so personally, I would never consider trading music illegally and put myself in to that situation where I can be caught.
My personal opinion.

Sunday In The South - Shenandoah - Monster Hits MH1028
Sunday In The South - Shenandoah - National Singing Contest 1999 NSC0992
Sunday In The South - Shenandoah - Nikkodo CD+G - SAV Series NSAVA07
Sunday In The South - Shenandoah - Nikkodo Laser NKL015b
Sunday In The South - Shenandoah - SAV A CD+G SAVA07
Showing songs 1 - 5 of 5
I would probably buy the Monster Hits one if I was buying it.
The above info came from the KJ Pro Database.

Actually the BMB country SAVA7 may be fine. Some of that series was actually ok for the older country - biggest problem, not all the songs had swiping lyrics.

I have that SAVA07 disc, and it's just fine!
The Monster Hits discs are actually more miss than hit!

There are 19 disks in the SAVA country series. I had purchased them at about $7.00 a piece. It so happens, one of the only real bargains on E-bay these days are ongoing offer of the entire collection for as little as $30 plus shipping. I bought a whole that way and it was cheaper than trying to fill in what I was missing at $7 a pop!

Get used to it my friend. Some people just love riding the legality bus here. Just be like a duck and let it roll of your back like water.
Stick around, have fun, and take evrything with a pinch of salt.

ouch... sorry that happened.
I can see HOW it happened, but it's still pretty brutal to do that without being adult enough to at least tell you openly "Hey, I voted to ban you cause what you're suggesting is just WRONG!"
I know from my perspective I was showing you how this site operates, and gave you some pointers. Lonnie also was being kind in showing you the legalities as were others, including myself.
Sorry your first experience here was that way!

I was trying to help out and point out the possible legal issues involving what you were asking. What you need to know is this. Many of the people here are professionals, they make their living hosting Karaoke. They are wary of any illegal activity that could threaten their livelihood. I am sorry that they may be sensitive to issue but imagine if someone was asking them to do something possibly illegal that could their career away because they participated in that activity. I hope you understand the consequences before complaining about people not being sensitive to your needs.

Eben's right about being sensitive to legality issues especially if some folks, like me, work in the public sector and have to be careful about everything we say or do that might end up in a newspaper somewhere. (No I didn't submit the ban; I would have said so publicly).
You also need to be aware, since Lonman brought it up, that every license agreement I've seen states that you cannot legally trade or sell electronic media (MP3, MIDI, etc.) to a third party; i.e., the license is non-transferable. Most of us are not going to turn you in just make you aware of the risks you may be taking so you can decide on your own whether you are willing to take those risks or not. Personally, I consider that being helpful not hateful.

isn't this a great country where it is perfectly legal to buy and trade as you please unless it is digital product. If it is mine because I paid for it I will do with it as I please
I am sorry if it hurts anyones ears but that is the way I see it . Now as far as the ban thing If I hear someones view and I don't like it I ignore it not punch someone out. Not possible to punch out someone on the net so a ban will set in it's place. I could see if i was using foul language or flaming an individual but not for expressing my opinion.

Well, for one thing. This forum does not belong to you. It belongs someone else who pays for the server, bandwidth and the maintenance of this site. This is not public site where you say whatever you want. There are rules and regulations set by people who own this site. If anyone has right to ban people, it's them. It's your own opinion but if it does not fit within the guideline and rules of this board, they can ban your opinion. It's that simple.
