I never knew that a perfect guy existed, but I have now found him.
And I had to share it here.
He's perfect in every way.
He loves me.... just as I am. I never thought I'd find someone like that.
He's a heck of a good looking cowboy:)
He's been with me just over 2 months now... and he's just... perfect.
He greets me every morning with a smile.
He loves when I sing for him, it makes him smile... sometimes he'll sing along.
(heck, HE don't even care when I make mistakes...)
He likes to cuddle and fall asleep with me, and keeps me nice n' warm.
I'll post a pic here so you can all judge.... but no, none of you gals can have him.
Be happy for me, cause really... he LOVES me. And I love him too, very much.

If you fix the meter and add a moral that would be a good song.

And, as to the moral and turning it into a song........ haha, it sounds a bit like a Martina McBride song, now that I read that opening line. (EDIT... Oops, I mean LINE 4) :D

By moral or tell a story like a lot of music does. Meter meaning to make it fit a verse. You can add some rhyme too because people think you have to have it in a song.
I thought it was poetic and could be put to music.

Ya just grab your guitar and the nearest pencil and scrap of paper, and let your thoughts fly. LMAO Nothing so proper as thinking up or moral or "metering". You're talking above my lil' uneducated head now Chuck:) Quote: KNIGHTSHOW: you get yerself a new puppy???
Haha, NO Matt...... I got a puppy a few months ago. (her name is Melody, she's a female golden lab retriever) Nope, not a puppy. (and NO... not another calf either) LOL

Okay, here he is:
His name is Tucker.
He really is perfect in every way, he's changed my whole life.
And someday, when he learns to talk, he'll be calling me Grandma:)

Sorry, ya'all...... I'm bound to go off of these "new grandma" tangets once in a while. I just took some pics this morning, and wanted to share one.
Isn't he a cute little bugger? :D
(say yes.... or.... you're no longer my friend) :(

Yes he's perfect and you can train him right too, as long as the parents don't mind. They usually do.

No training required for this little guy. He's a grandbaby.....already spoiled by me, loves me, smiles when I talk or sing to him. He does have "his moments", when he can literally run everyone out of the house. Gotta be proud of that though, it shows that he's gonna be a leader, not a follower. (and... I can hand him off to his momma or daddy)
Now if you got tips on training a "husband"... bring 'em on. I've been trying to get that recipe right for years.
(nah, I got the perfect man in that department too.... ) Trust me, I do.

I wish my Great Grandps had trained me how to use the fiddle. People don't even let me touch one. I think his nic' name was fiddle britches Dave.

Oh, now THAT kind of training. Yeah, he'll get that.
As soon as he's big enough to steady a guitar and fiddle.
Actually, I have a 1/4 size fiddle (or...1/2 size, heck, I forgot) I've had for years, it once belonged to my younger brother, and then mom let me have it, since it needed a bit of fixing up. Now it will be Tuckers.
But I think I'll put him in lessons, let him learn to play the right way. Not just scratch out a tune like I do.

Proper, hell, I never even finished highschool. I just know what my folks told me.
