As far as helping you when you came to the site, there were those that helped me. I've had to ask advice too. One guy, Mike W, has sent me samples of a database cause I'm TRYING to figure out mine! Poor guy may end up doing it for me! I'm LOST! !

That's one of the things I love about this place. People are so willing
to help out. I guess once you've had someone do something for you,
you can't wait to pay it back. It's like a small town of sorts.

Now I'm disillusioned :bawling: . Knightshow is one of the one's who's advise I listen to and look for. I thought you knew all the important stuff. I guess I'll have to accept the fact that you're human too.

Evidently, you received the sample MS Access database that I sent you. I figured this would help you out - if you're lost, feel free to send me an e-mail. I downloaded your complete songbook (all versions) from your website and you obviously know something about MS Access. Basically, the solution to your original question is to "flag" your dupes, make a query that retrieves the non-dupes and make a report using that query as the record source.
You've certainly helped me out too, although not as a direct response to a question I asked. I downloaded AUDIOGRABBER based on YOUR recommendation as I needed a way to rip to BIN from a multi-session disc.
Once again, if you have any questions concerning MS Access e-mail me. If you have your dupes "flagged" like I assume you do the solution to your question is very simple.

Thanks Mike. I'm pretty sure I emailed you back... guess I didn't.
I have been going thru the process of flagging all the dupes. but I have enough flagged where I'm trying to use your sql script. I'm still lost on that. I have a report that I use that works wonders, but danged if I can duplicate that for the "singer's Book".
I really wish I could have kept up my "technical" files on my website... but the owner of two of those documents I copied and adjusted lost her ever-lovin' mind and accused me of plagarism... so I finally took them down to appease her. Even though I made no secret of the fact that the documents in question weren't mine to begin with. And I never cared ENOUGH about the whole issue to recreate the wheel. Seemed that using a fine tutorial was good enough for me. Guess not!
Oh well.
I'll reach out to you when I'm done flaggin' the dupes! Thanks a million, Mike!

Not gonna happen. I just talk too much, it's a known fact. LMAO

Hi y'all! I usually have alot of nothing to say, so I don't wanna bore you with my pointless drivel...or infuriate some.
And also, don't you loathe the ones who use too many emoticons because their drivel sometimes has many definitions?
Not me, I could care less about that.......oh, I am one of those.
He heeeeeee.
Okay, enough of my nonsense. I've earned no awards here, but it's always nice to stop in and say hi ever now and then.

OK, I'll bite! None of the top 20 posters had any good information to give? Well, I know mine don't but...! Define "good information" and give an example. :)
