I was telling everyone about the apple cidar vinegar drink. I had 6 singers not sing tonight because of colds. That is the most ever. Be careful everyone it is the season of colds.
I'm telling yea, get the Throat Coat tea, it works wonders for loosing up your voice

Hey I tried the other thing, why not.
Where do I buy it? :oh yeah:
It doesn't sound like something I can just run to Jewel and buy.

My wife got it at the local MEGA-Mart/SuperMarket. Just find someplace with a large selection of teas, and it should be there. If I can find it here in BFE, you sahould be able to find it in Chicago.
If you do find it, bring some ready-made in a thermos to your gig. THe wife does that and has a glass between sets when she is all clogged up.

Neither for me, it is North Central, almost straight west of you. Take Hwy 20 west for about 350 miles and you'd be in BFE (AKA Iowa Falls, IA)

So be careful to take only when required and hit it hard with 3 times the dose recommended and it will sort you out
oh yeah it was a health proffessional who told me to use it this way. Its not a witches brew Sure.... You expect us to believe that?

My personal advice is to run down to the store and get you some chloraseptic spray, it's what I'm using that and rest your voice.

Okay found the tea. They had it at Jewel. It tastes pretty good
and I don't care for licorice. I got the throat coat one although they
had others for throat health.
I am beginning to panic a bit. I thought after Wed. I was going to be fine.
I feel worse today. I have to work tonight and then the benefit is tomorrow.
Outside from 2 pm - 2am. I already got a carafe ready to bring the tea with me.
wish me luck - I'll need it!

It went well. My voice was not its best, but I made it through.
I used the throat coat which was very soathing. I tried everything
under the sun for my voice to be 100%, but I think that was going to be impossible.
The important thing is the benefit was very successful.
I haven't been able to stay away from the cigarettes. I am smoking less and trying
to at least hang on to that for now. One of my problems is being able to cope with stress without them. It is more a mental addition than a physical one I think.
Thank you for asking.
