I really like Eben's rig. I wish he would thump his chest here more often. The guy has so very much tech knowledge but it's like pulling teeth to get him to brag and share.

He did a pretty nice & detailed post last week on the differences of processors - that was very helpful.  I too would like to hear more on the computer tech info!!!!

Geesh, you guys make me blush now.  LOL Well, maybe we need a computer only forum section to talk about all the tech stuff. I would be more than happy to contribute to whatever, just need to ask me. I have fairly broad knowledge in tech stuff. I can BS with the best of them.  LMAO

Keith, nice set up. I bet it sounds really nice. If you want to get away with cables, go wireless! There are ways to set up wireless so you don't have to worry about wires. I would start with keyboard and mouse. I love wireless keyboard and mouse. There are so many choices out there.

I have seen wireless audio transmitter/receiver out there, from fairly high end place. I haven't used it myself so I can't make recommendation but that can go between your stack and the amp stack, thus eliminating your wires in between. How about wireless mics? That would cut down even more wires. Just make sure they all operate at difference frequencies.  LOL

I bet if you used all that, cables would be much more manageable.  :hi5:

Good job, I like your set up.

I already use wireless keyboard n mouse....My "snake" to the amp stack consists of only 2 Mogami mic cords and a rca cord for video so it ain't the problem....It's the dang blasted mass of TRS patch cables in the rack itself!....Once I get it all configured the way I need it, I'll build me a patch bay and shorten the patch cables.
