Charmin made this junky rig of mine sound pretty good!

Ok, let me go back and listen to some of you other guys. This is fun!

I contacted admin to see if there was another method sides Paypal to pay subscription fees.....Maybe they will fix me up.

Yehaw, the admin fixed me up! They answered my email almost instantly and offered to take my debit card over the phone...So I'm set up on a recurring payment every 6 months....COOL!

Or maybe you have a nice system that made ME sound better?  LOL

I don't use PayPal anymore either... I have to pay direct too. Now that I think about it, I believe I got an email that I'm late on my renewal payment... lol... so dummy me puts a reminder up here for Phill & the whole team to read.  *kidding Phill, I'm sure I'm paid in full*

Ha!

Some guy, maybe Phil,  answered the phone and swapped me off to Beverly.....Beverly says, "I love your accent, where are you from?"...I tell her I'm in Louisiana, but I don't admit I'm just a hick and we all sound like me down here. LMAO

Yep, I figured I've been wasting their bandwidth for a couple of years now and stretching their patience with some of my posts and I better start paying them.

It really is a great site and they earn every cent of our subscription fees.

Okay, try to make me feel guilty cause *I think* I'm late on my payment.  :(

I've been paying for 2 years..... worth every penny and more IMO, for all you get from this site.

And sub already so we can HEAR the accent. Accents drive me bonkers. (maybe I shouldn't have said that?.......)  Maybe I'll just put your phone # to use, so I can hear it for myself? (or... did you change them all?)

My cell #?...Let's see if I can quote it myself..........UM, 318-227-1907?...let me go look...I only have it to keep in the truck and never turn it on unless I need it....I have used maybe 10 minutes on it in 6 months, that's why I bought TracPhone....It's paid up for two years and there must be 1000 minutes on it if I need them, but no danged contracts to deal with.

Sorry, but it must be out in one of my trucks.....I ain't going out there till it cools off!...I just now got the front door back up and the A/C back on in this room. Me n Robbie took the door down yesterday to scrape and repaint.....It stayed on sawhorses all night drying...Me n the bride slept in a house with no front door all night....I slept, but I don't think she did. LMAO I expected to wake up to coons and critters, but they didn't mess with anything if they did visit.

This thread encouraged me to go listen to SS. I haven't been over there in a while.
I'm so glad I did. I love the accents - I actually like hearing them when people sing even if the original singer didn't have them. I think it makes the songs refreshing and
have personality.

*I'll call the house phone*  :D

I gotta go to town and get some grub in my tummy, it's knawing a hole in my backbone, catch you all later......

You can call the house phone if you want, but I'll warn you that Fluffy Stuff ain't got a sense of humor. I wish she would learn to share me, but I don't think that is gonna happen in my lifetime. :(

Haha, that's what I meant by "cause trouble"...... I'm sure Ginny would NOT appreciate me calling your house phone. You might get yourself thumped upside the head real soundly.

I'm just teasing, I wouldn't do that. (I mean, IF she was home, yanno....)  LOL

And WHY is it that men think us women should learn to share them, but they aren't willing to share US?

Cause that's what I always tell him... "If only you could learn to share me"......  LMAO

*kidding, of course*

I don't make alot of sense when I'm hungry, and I haven't ate since about 10 yesterday morning, so I'm HUNGRY.....

Hon, all you really gotta do is go to the kitchen and stink it up with some home cookin.....Rattle some pots and stir something up for you n your man and I bet he wil chase you half way to town when he gets in from work.

I got a roast in the oven smothered with brown gray mix, mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic powder....It's cooking at 225 degrees and will be ready when Fluffy Stuff gets in at 8PM with the brat....I got it sealed up tite in a Magnalite pot.

I'll be at work when she gets in but she will be waiting for me at midnight when I get home to tell me how good it was. :dancin:  I'm thinkin I'll lick her fingers to see. :D

Haha, I thought your woman had to do the cooking? You must be in need of something, lolllll.

And if he wants me to cook him meals, he has to earn it first. I'm his wife, not his slave. If/when he holds up to his end of the marriage bargain, I'll hold up to mine. It's a 2 way street in MY house. An eye for an eye, a hot meal for a backrub, laundry washed & folded for a new karaoke cd, you know.... that kinda stuff.

Adn Keith, he could be half starved, near death, barely able to crawl.... and I could still make him chase me halfway to town.  :D

You know better than that.....I work weird hours and do my share based on my weird schedule.....We got a 7 year old who needs to eat, so I make sure she has that steada fast food just like you would too.

But I expect Fluffy Stuff to pay me back whenever our hours agree....She needs to wake me with rattling pots n pans and a set table...she needs to be behind her nice new stove looking better than whatever is in the pan....It's rule and I insist on it...Otherwise I go back to bed and grab something on the way to work.....and maybe on the way home from work too....she can keep me satisfied if she wants to, or she can accept I get fed somewhere else....I usually sleep where I eat, and so should she.

Bottom line is married folks should do for each other and not subscribe to ideas they are 'slaves' if thet do.

I know you know that.

WHY am I getting a feeling of deja vu?  LOL

We must have had some of these same kind of conversations in a forum similar to this in a past life Kieth.

And..... you're right. I said... fair is fair. I cook, as long as he isn't TELLING me I need to cook. Same with everything else. I don't TELL him to go to work, or fix my truck (well, okay, maybe I DO...) but still.  If I'm working a full time job like him, he can help clean the house and cook the food too. If I'm not working at the time, I consider it my duty to do all that. As long as he understands that "wife" means "partner".... then it's all good. But sometimes it seems that little thought escaped him.

Ah heck, you know what I mean. I'm not gonna get into that smuck in public.  Before you know it, I'll be man-bashing again. And I really shouldn't do that, he just had me come to town so he could buy me lunch.  :D

I assume everybody knows this already (I didn't even figure it out until a couple months ago). You can save somebody's sub on your hard drive as an mp3 file by right clicking on the colored area of the Quicktime song play popup after the song is fully loaded.  Then pick Save As Source, rename the file, add the .mp3 file type at the end, then save.

So Charmin.............You been naggin me to sub for months...........But you don't cook for me or even scratch my back.

Let's say I agree to sub for you...And let's say I grant you a request...What would that song be?

After all, I can't dance with you, but I can sing to you, huh?

Besides "Leave Your Hat On", what song could I sing to you that would make you glad to see me?
