I upgraded singers showcase on the 27th of last month and still cant upload songs more than the 4 mb allowed before I upgraded I have sent Phil emails about it & he hasnt responded. Am I just out the 25.00 or what? Where do I go from here anyone know ? Im just gettin antsy cause no ones even bothered to email me & tell me whats goin on or if theres a problem. What browser are you using?  I had that problem last week too...I am using Firefox and I had to install an IE link on mine and then I was able to upgrade.  - Tonya

Whilest helping another member I came across a possible solution...

Okay first let me state that I have NO IDEA why it works but it seems to?!

Clear cookies and delete files - then login. Next click on "modify" then update anything and submit. This for whatever reason seems to adjust the error....

Again I don't know why - some gremlin I guess...

Also, I believe everyone should now have the correct upgrades done to their SS accounts.

If you are still experiencing an upgrade problem please contact me.

NOTE: Several members have requested an upgrade multiple times without submitting payment. These upgrade requests will be deleted.

One other item: subscriptions are set up through PayPal (unless you made other arrangements with Karaoke Scene) these are AUTOMATICALLY renewed. KS has no control over this. It is set up when your subscribe to a membership level. If you wish to modify your membership level - first unsubscribe from a previous request. If you wish to cancel your membership do so prior to the renewal date. There are NO refunds.
