I was wondering which recording program is better -- Adobe Audition or Cakewalk-Sonar? Does anybody have a preference?

Must admit to sticking with what I know. Cool Edit Pro (or adobe audition as it is now) was used in the radio station I worked for so I continued using it

Im sitting here with sonar3 on the laptop playing and recording ...While Im surfing.   Cakewalk takes over all the system resources and allocates to other programs as they need it.. The audio engine blows anything else away esp with asio drivers...Home Sudio isnt that high and is almost the same just doesnt have all the plugins or other features...


here is a recording I did awhile back if you can play back it on a system here  change or rename extension to mp3...
