These don't inflict the violent illness as the titles mentioned in my lead in to this string but they do produce involuntary gurgles in my stomach and a pronounced shortness of breath...

Okay this isn't a song... but it fits the purpose. I'd have to say the worst and most repulsive is ANYTHING by Paris Hilton. It peeves me so much that you don't have to have ANY notable singing talent to get a record deal. Just boobs a sex tape and notoriaty sp? and you're in there.
