I recall Bab's saying she wasn't happy with the Ulysses stand quality awhile back.. US makes decent products..  I wish they never discontinued a few of their keyboard stands.  Alot of their parts also are waranteed for life of the product.

Back to bed,  full blown flu here...blech !

Babs,  Is the MC-97 one of the stacking series weighted base stands?  You can arrange several stands by rotating the base for easier transport ? Cut out base ?

Yep,  for around 60-70 bucks that's a decent stand.   Does that have the lifetime warantee ?

speaking of stands, and support systems,  has anyone ever compared comparably priced Quik-lok vs US products in a head to head quality comparison ?  I'm looking to buy speaker stands for around the house,  just something to hold 55 lb speakers... Wondering what the best bang for the buck is.  While I know for home purposes durable quality isn't of utmost importance.  I like to get the best product I can even when I'm only paying 60-80 bucks... It's just this issue I have LOL

I was even pondering wall mounts,  such is what I use for my 27 inch television sets.... Vibration wouldn't be so tremendous that I believe it'd cause a problem that would send the things toppling from the wall if the stands are screwed well into wall studs.... and the speakers are strapped well to the stands,  (yes Keith,  I'd move the stuffed animal collection so they wouldn't fall from the wall first)
