Once I can buy a mic I'll be asking lots of questions about how to record at home.

Hi Tink, and welcome aboard. I am new too!! :swg: Get you a mic and give it a shot. I have a bit of a bizarre way of recording. I am probably the only one to do it the way I do. Seems to come out ok, although on my first run I had the mic level turned down too low.
