I would like to begin a topic of light and fun discussion

If you could meet a favorite  famous band/singer/musician  ( alive or dead) and sit down  with them to chat, who would it be?  and if you actually have, please share with us..

From my own experience I met someone whose singing strongly influenced me as a child and it's a trip when you meet that person 30 plus years later

:O  :dancin:

I often wondered if ol' Nikola was from this planet for crying out loud--good choice.  I have two of diverging paths: Charles Dickens and Artie Shaw.

I would like to meet Mozart. Why? That's a tough reason to explain just that we had something in common.

I can't stand the suspense!!! How was it???????? I have to know!!!!! ha ha ha ha.

For me, I would like to have met Fred Astaire. (That's right, not Billy Idol!). I mean he did it all, sing, dance, act! A consummate artist. Could have a whole lot from him. Mozart would be pretty cool too!

Its not a matter of wanting to meet; just the other week I was seated with Elvis when he sang at the dinner function.

I've already met quite a few well known musicians.  I know a few,  we still talk very rarely on the phone.. You can call this BS, but it's not.. 1 1/2 years ago I was over at Kip Wingers house. In fact, I've turned down a few offerings as recently as 6 months ago because I don't feel "well" enough, actually it was about a month or two before a joined here, it'd have been closer to two years ago.. When I was still going to a local bar around here

What bothers me, is had I been tougher, it'd have been more like "Musical artist I'd like to have played with".. I'm quite bitter about certain things that happen..
