Got to the gig and the bartender that worked the night of the big fight, delivered my ice cold beverage of choice.    She said boy, did he make a big mistake on the fight night.   I told her I know, but what could I say to him?

Started to play at 9:30.   Two singers and 20 non singers.    :O

10:30   23 singers, 75-80 people total.    Now I'm getting a little upset.  

11:00    30 singers and 80-90 total people.    

I ran over to the bar owner and proceeded to tell him in no uncertain terms,    that the heavy drinking, fun seeking, fun having, non singers had to go.   He said why?   I sobbed  :(  and  told him for the past 14 years, 8 with him, that I have been doing everything totally wrong, as far as karaoke.     I next explained that I had just learned from this site, how good karaoke was really to be done.   And that the non singers, because they were out numbering the singers, were screwing up everything and sucking up all of the fun.  I demanded that he make them take their wallets and go as fast as possible.     That the extra income they bring in, would only add to his misery.     That if he couldn't learn to make a living from just the singers, then I would have to quit.    I won't let you ruin my reputation, so you can use me to make extracurricular money.   No way, the karaoke forum has spoken and I listen to and believe every word as gospel.    :worship:

No more will a bar owner use me to make extra money from those sneaky, fun having, money spending non singers.     Not on my watch.     From now on it's SINGERS ONLY!!!!      NON singers, scourge of the earth.   I spit on you.  

I wish to thank everyone,    :worship:   for showing me the error of my ways.     Please forgive me.  :yes:   14 years wasted,       I'll be at the suicide pit.     4 more nights and 3 owners to go.   How will I ever find the strength to make it through this?    Please...Give me strength.... Oh, Karaoke Forum Gods.

Would still LOVE to know where ANYONE said that they think non-singers shouldn't be in a karaoke bar.  SHOW ONE THREAD that ANYONE has stated that in exact words & not your own little mind interpretation!  You are in your own little world!

...then I showed up at the club. Suddenly there were 30 singers at about 4 1/2 minutes each. I got to sing twice in 4 hours. Yay me.

How is this website so lucky to have multiple end-users that have the gift of gab. I don't mean rambling either, I mean having enough to say that it takes a small thesis to explain.

So far I have seen no websites that have as many gifted people as this one.

Blame it on the predisposition for artistry. How many artists are this articulate? ... or should I ask, how many characters can a person play in a day before carpal tunnel makes it impossible to keep up?

How much traffic flow is necessary to sell ad space to some of the sponsors?

Someone.... said that they were only in the bar to do karaoke for the singers and if the non singers didn't like it, they could go to a bar that didn't have karaoke.     Anybody want to be a man and fess up?

Jian, now of everyone on here that would have known the answer, I though it would be you.  You catch all of the other things we need to know.   Your answer is wrong.   I did not say that, it's in one of these posts somewhere, but I can't find it, yet.

I want to say it came from a female.   Not 100% sure yet.   I'm still looking.   Someone will eat crow and it's not me.      For sure.  

See I am Not smart I don't know all the answer to every karaoke problems. But The answer is naar to right, riight?
