I hate James Fennimore Cooper to this day because of that game. Never could win a hand with him.
Who did Archie comics? I never had much use for comic book heros but I liked Batman on TV.

Hmm... I would say DC... they have Superman and he can stop a locomotive in its tracks!

True, true. However if maybe Wonder Woman took a fancy to Spiderman.... she might give some insider info?

Cool!
I always wanted to be like Veronica but had this depressing feeling I was more like Betty.
I wonder if Wonder Woman's bracelets deflect BS? I could use a pair of those...

Bruce Springsteen reminds me of Rich. I can't imagine Archie singing "Born in the USA" though.

Used to be a HUGE X-men fan back in the early to mid-late '80's. X-men, New Mutants (sp), Thor, Spiderman... even Groo the Wanderer .
Highlight: Marvel Superheros Secret Wars. Sacrificed middle school homework for that one. Thought I was a bada$$ for buying the first issue of Spiderman with his new, evil costume.
Biggest regret: Had an X-men #5 and #10, in great condition, that I sold for $70 about 16 years ago, when I was a dumb kid that needed money!
Never was a D.C. fan at that time, because I thought they were too, I guess....vanilla.

I used to buy sell and trade Comics and Sportcards in the late 80's and I'de say that marvel made me a lot more cash then DC but both had great characters and story lines. P.S. I made a crudpile more money of the sportcards though.
