I haven't had a cigarette since Monday night and so far the cravings are not killing me. I think smoking is easier to quit than overeating--you can completely quit smoking, but if you completely quit eating you start looking like Nicole Ritchie or worse.
What do y'all think?

overeating for SURE
I gained almost 10 lbs this summer...... with barbecue ........ and ice-cream..... and slurpees..... then i had to go CAMPING! s'mores and chips and smokies, oh my!!
ok nobody talk about food again, I gotta get this back under control!!

Tobacco products : I gave up giving up smoking
Alcohol: Very controlled consumption; I can do without it
Overeating: I was never a great eater
Karaoke ; I can still sing in the bathroom
Sex (I said willingly give up, remember) : My right hand can be used
Controlled substances (Assuming you have heard the info from other people) : never tried it.
KS threads : I was once away for 6 months
Star Trek reruns : never watch it.
My job : yes I can always be self employed

I'm with Jian here... Sex is easy to "give up"... .. but, assuming you can still "have yourself":)
Smoking? Hell, i am quitting now.. and quit 5 years ago too. no biggie then either.
I had a drinking problem when I was younger. It was hard, but with help, i am fine now, and NEVER drink.
Drugs? Same as above.
Karaoke? Never been.
But.. the food thing? Gets me. EVen harder, because, BEFORE the birth of my daughter, i was a size 2. TWO. I was a vegetarian for my WHOLE life, until I dated Justin. And, now? Add a one in front of that damn two. I NEVER EVER had a weight problem in my LIFE... but, both of my sisters did. Both were heavy, and I was the little one.. NOW, my chubby little sister, is TINY, AND a nutritionist. I swear, if I hear "do you REALLY need to eat that", at ANOTHER family dinner, I will kill her.
I swear it.
So, eating. EATING.
Hell, I am eating sunflower seeds now, trying to quit smoking, and sex.

Don't quit sex...That burns the most calories and it is good for the cardio too....

Lol @ the giving up sex...
My husband is away for 4 and a bit months.. has been gone for a month and a bit so far... So, i now know myself.. er.. umm.. more intimately than before;)
So, yes.. giving it up...unless someone wants to come over and break the cycle?
But, i still say overeating is the hardest. Thankfully, my hubby is into sexy curves, and booty.. which I have a LOT of;)
