Ok over the last year this ol man has had some fairly good posts some mediocre posts and some drunken posts that pissed some people off. However this doesnt bother me as I know who I am and who my highter power is and not looking here for either. However I am at a crossroad.. Will be going up to the VA in Cheyenne next week to find out what this knot at the bottom of the lungs is all about.. The eye doctor says the reason you have spots in your vision is a vascular problem. Not to mention the ringingin my ears. its hell getting old...

So I do not want sympathy just a little understanding and I do have a good contact with my higher power but I need a little prayer and a word in to yours.  Nothing scares me but I am frightened now...And I know what a group and prayer can do  Thanks.....

I will do that.

I'm doing the Serenity Prayer (friend of Bill W., natch!)

Ollie,  I missed this.... Good luck, for all you know, it might just be hietal hernia, muscular, stress related....Influx.... Gall bladder.... Many things it might NOT be... Even Ulcer from drinking, even ulcer of the esophagus.... The drinking likely needs to stop

Well can't say that I know you as well as most here, but my talks with God happen on a daily basis. So I'm not sure if this will help, but the only thing I can give ya bro is a song that I wrote back when I was going trough some troubled times myself.
