I have the complete Sound Choice Spotlight collection. I bought about 20 percent used. I am trying to replace some of the disc's that are used and not in the best shape. A couple of the cdg's may have lyrics a little scrambled. I'm looking for a descent copy of sc8148 and 8390. Will pay good money and also send you my used 8148 and 8390 disc. Anyone interested let me know. Thanks

Good luck on the 8148, I searched high & low for that one before just ordering a complete custom duplicate from Clark when is was operating.

Are you sure they aren't fixable? As long as there are no scratches or gouges in the label side, you can resurface them. Being you have the discs, fix them!

I've had this machine for years, can turn a bad disc to almost new again! Same one a local video rental chain used for their DVD's as well.

Did you try using the rough sandpaper as well as the fine? Sounds like the data layer is scratched if so.

too bad

Looks like you're only other option is to find someone with clean rips and copy those.

good luck

I have gotten to know John and I am very certain that he will only settle for the files coming from his disc, which technically is what SC requires.

Mr marog U are absolutely correct. I already have those disc's but I am willing to buy the same disc's again to get a better copy. Thanks my friend
