This song is not made according to the KJ Pro database, which has about 99% of all English language karaoke. It doesn't come up in a Google search, either.
If it was made, it wasn't produced and sold by any of the major (or legal minor) manufacturers.

It's not listed as ever been available through the databases. If it was on the monthlies at any time, it would have definitely been listed as available at some point in time. Not seeing it.
