So, how does sunfly make their music? Is it all MIDI?? It's weird how some songs sound great, while others are just terrible. Why isn't your quality consistent??

Depends on the era you are listening to, their early stuff was pretty top notch, then they became really hit or miss throughout the later 90's early 00's. Their stuff within the last few years have been pretty good. SBI makes their tracks (or they use the same music source) nowdays.
