Hi everyone,
I have over 30 people who were wanting to enroll in their SC program and they get sent to a voice mail or no reply at all. There are also KJ's who want to register their CB products for the one time $50 dollar fee, but they need to be re-assured that their media in fact will be covered.

What am I to tell people who used to buy from me who have no idea what to do and who are in fear of being sued for using their CB discs when they can't get an email or call back for assistance? Also, what do I tell people who want to do the Gem series? This is beyond ridiculous!

don't worry about it. there are hosts who have been waiting well over a year for audits they paid for in advance.
if they are paying for their music, they don't have anything to worry about

8) Do the math there are probably over 50,000 KJ's in the U.S. at any given moment. So far PEP has managed to deal with about 1,000 officially. That's about 2% of all of the possible violations, when you consider according to Jim that up to 95% of the hosts are illegal in some way. This is after over 7 years of trying to impose a legal solution to the piracy problem. There are more pirates in the industry than when all of this started, the net result has been a giant failure of this whole program. That is why PEP shifted it's focus away from hosts to the venues they worked for, and also trying to establish their own karaoke service company, to be in direct competition with all of the independent hosts still in the industry.

One gig somewhere in Frosty Butt Alaska does not a "Karaoke Service Company" make.
If you own the discs, carry on..

Since 6/2015 for me. AND... they have my $150 audit fee. Should I sue for my $150 back? :)

Just be extremely happy that President Trump declined the Trans Pacific Partnership. Intellectual Property lawsuits would have run wild around most of the world.

Too bad he hasn't done anything to get the download blockades removed.

Don't worry about Hurricane Harvey or North Korea, Mister President. Can you get me some karaoke songs from England first? What a tool!

According to Harrington; 95% of all KJ's are pirates so for 95% of KJ's the no-fly list doesn't exist. If you happen to be in the 5% of KJ's that won't grab songs for free then you are the only ones that have to deal with the no-fly list and the President isn't worrying about 5% of the KJ's who can't get a song that they want. If you want a song badly enough; buy a backing track and make your own graphics. Stop whining about it.

Well you will wait at least until September 5th to get a response from anyone there... as the website reports they will be closed Monday for Labor Day.

After that, who knows when you might get a response, they have a long waiting list and seems to have been awfully quiet over there over the summer.
