hello yall.. i am wondering about the discs i have purchased for a few years from ebay. they are the singer solutions volumes.. i ordered each volume at a set price every time a new one came out then suddenly the person disappeared from ebay without any explanation. i finally found a new seller with the same disc but at a higher price. i confronted them one day about the disc being copied and i was blocked and unable to order.. (too funny) anyways my question is what happen to singer solutions company..

Singers Solution is not and never has been a legitimate source of karaoke music.

Fast Trax / Singers Solution disks can be acquired through amazon at a very low price. The quality is very good for new songs.

FastTrax re-branded under Singer’s Solution Country and all were re-released.

and are all pirated tracks from someone in their basement not paying any fees to the rights holders.
but it's fine, just like using Karafun home license for "pro" shows

Just for the record, I've dropped the Karafun Project and went with SOUNDCHOICE GEM offered by Pep.rocks

Karafun does offer the best new tracks in excellent quality but Home or Pro Subscription is not the perfect solution for me.

Karafun CAN be used in a public setting, if you supply the music. I had an e-mail exchange with them, a while back,

i got to find a new source to buy my "pirated" karaoke..my disc went from $10.00 each with free s&h to $20.00 plus 3.00 s&h..but i wanted to keep my collection together ..and now the person refuses to sell to me. i have searched ebay and he is the only one that sells on bay.. i think i am currently caught up. i know these disc will be obsolete but i like them..

the player can be used what he was referring to was the streaming home rate which knf admitted to using in a pro show vs pro kj rate.

Today I found a Singers Solution disc of TS pop hits..
Along with thousands of SC and CB still in jewel cases and shrink wrapped..
Most were 14.99 to 17.99
TS rang in at 11.99.. (just a sleeve tho)

So someone scored a ton of discs and rat holed them.. to be sold at a later date.

I'm sure they were real, right?

TAP TAP, is this thing on?

Problem is that if they're over $5 each, nobody wants them... and if they bought them for $14-$17 and rat holed them... they're losing money.

TAP, TAP, this thing must be off for sure..

I post about seeing thousands of counterfeit SC and CB discs in a brick and mortar store and nobody asks where?

Well, I was in Las Vegas, and there are only two stores there.

One is 100% legal..

and the other owned by a Chinese national..

I thought you were pointing out that the Taylor Swift disc was counterfeit (since we know SS is a bootleg company). But you said the SC and CB were in Jewel Cases and shrink-wrapped, so I didn't think twice about those. Plus, you didn't say anything about a B&M store in your original post, so I just thought it was e-bay you referring to.

It's nothing to worry about though, it's just a case of the "undocumented licensee" spawning more undocumented licensees....

(In other circles, it's known as "growing your customer base.")
