Just stumbled across notice that anyone provisionally certified has to complete audit within 30 days.

I've been waiting about a year and a half now...

When is the 30 days up?

We're not ending the certification program. We have stopped issuing provisional certifications because of several instances of abuse in which applicants have refused to complete their audits, tying up audit kits and jamming up the process for everyone.

If you have been supplied with an audit kit or been requested to schedule the audit, you have 30 days to get everything complete, or the application will be rejected without a refund and your provisional certification will be cancelled.

If you haven't been contacted yet because of our backlog, your 30 days will not start until you're contacted.

I have been buying more SC discs while waiting. Do I need to submit an updated list before I audit?

Yes, but not until we ask for it.

After the latest loss in Federal court for PEP and SC; there might be quite a few people that might be re-thinking their decision to pay protection money to a company who may have no legal standing to sue them for media shifting after all.

I'm not complaining a bit really

I have slept very well knowing I wouldn't be sued and believing I could fearlessly add SC discs to my library.

As long as that remains the case I am content to wait as long as Phoenix Entertainment Partners wants.
