SC was threatened with dismissal from the judge for "failure to prosecute" and Harrington himself said it was just dandy to dismiss it:

So they'll walk away from how many thousands? Over 100?
But they want your money up front.
Their failure to pursue this case as well as anything to do with their "rogue attorney" in California, is a tacit admission on their part....
But don't worry, they're "getting the band back together".... with your money.... up front.
How much longer are KJ's going to keep swallowing this junk before they wake up?
