Elvis's intellectual property has been sold to Authentic Brands..

Question: This Includes What?

Songs of his usually show a co-authership ( actually written by others but with his name added for credit).

Are they talking about music, or the Elvis name in regard to souvenirs and memorabilia?

It's all here in this article. Not sure why Jim would have any other info?

I'd be very surprised if this included any composition copyrights. What it seems to be is (a) the rights to the likeness, name, and other "brand" aspects of Elvis (trademark rights plus some additional publicity rights that Tennessee recognizes), and (b) some memorabilia and media, including photos, videos, etc. (protected by copyright). This is not the first time these properties have been sold.
