Does sound choice have to pay 18K for a bad lawsuit in California? They really need to get their act together. I dont think most people could screw something up so bad (even me) |

Check out http://soundchoicelasvegaslawsuit.com/s...alifornia there are articles on this site discussing the Las Vegas and California suits. Especially interesting is the article concerning "Slep-Tone sues it's investigator". CB avoided drifting into the freeware status zone by going into foreclosure, basically to avoid paying court awards. The companies that obtained pieces of their CB's business have prevented CB from becoming freeware status material. I would imagine if things got bad enough SC would follow their example. To me the big issue is whether the remaining 31 defendants in the California suits that settled will be counter suing SC, that could result in awards of 100's of thousands of dollars, and might break the back of SC. Have a nice day. |
