there's that word again) on here can think of several post-1950 songs, that sound almost exactly alike, as far as the music goes, but there are hundreds, maybe even thousands. Just because a bias(in my opinion) Australian Judge ruled against GH, doesn't mean the opposite to what I say. I've read, that GH actually felt bad, and wanted to pay some sort of restitution, so it was almost like a confession. Also to order a monetary judgement against him is like saying, that a person going to buy " A Sweet Talkin' Guy" will opt to buy "My Sweet Lord" as a substitute, or instead of, since they're so much alike.......it was a Bulls!t ruling...
